It gives me immense pleasure to welcome parents, students and higher education institutions abroad, concerned authorities of Government of Nepal as well as Embassies and Consulates of abroad.
First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of you who trusted in me and gave me the responsibility of the president; and I commit that I will remain attired towards the supposed responsibilities honestly and enthusiastically.
FECON, in a very short period of its struggle tenancy, has been succeeding in achieving better reputation for the quality educational counseling services that are provided by its members. FECON members are devoted to provide correct educational counseling for students and their guardians in the first place and taking car e and frequently be in touch in the second place too.. Each and every member is facing defies in educational counseling sector to hold a respectful status in Nepal. Educational consultants’ role has turned out to be vital.
FECON members provide a bridge to students to their future, i.e., global opportunities of scholarships, admission to a reputed and prestigious universities and colleges for numbers of potential and employment able programs in abroad. Students need a entrance to enter into their destination, a direction to navigate into the ocean of information and websites. One student cannot study all the information in the internet and decide where to go, how to go and what to know. Therefore, they need professional genuine consultants who can give the correct information and proper guidance when students/parents are in need.
FECON has come up with some new programs for my tenure; and some of them are: increasing FECON members up to 110,establishing office in Kathmandu and planning to establish contact offices in pokhara, Butwal and Chitwan; building relation to government concerned offices, consulates and embassies; selecting official media partner; enhancing economic status of FECON; conducting different countries workshop.
I hope I will accomplish all the objectives that are set forth.
